Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any food once it has been delivered or collected from our store.
We strongly urge that our customers to check the product at the collection point for any issues that can be addressed and resolved, however If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items, missing items, or food quality concerns, you must notify us immediately via phone call or what’s app message, along with a picture of the product which you have collected or delivered and details of the issue.
We take great measures to ensure the quality of our cakes and other products. All products are tested by our experienced quality team before deliver to our customers however if you have any concern or dissatisfaction regarding the quality of the product, the entire product (Minium of 90% size) sold must to be returned with proof of defect if applicable within 24 hours of collection or delivery in its original packaging.
Once the product received Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible
and conducted investigation confirms that that is not at fault from our end, no refund will be processed.
Cancelation
Cancelation of order, we require minimum of 3 days for the standard cake orders and minimum of 7 days for wedding cakes and all other bespoke cakes to qualify refund or credit.
All refunds will be processed on the same card as the original transaction.
Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Our return and refund policy complies with UK legal requirements for online food orders.
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to a refund if the goods you received are faulty, not as described, or do not meet satisfactory quality.
